| 1.Do you only work on childrens' photos? No, I work on all types of photos: wedding, family reunions, vacation photos, etc virtually any tasteful photo is accepted. 2. How do I pay? Paypal is the easiest and fastest form of payment. They accept most credit cards and it's free to open an account. I will however, accept money orders or concealed cash. 3.What is PayPal? Paypal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank accounts. It is the most popular way to electonically pay for eBay auctions and it is becoming a cheap way for merchants to accept credit cards on their on-line storefronts instead of using a traditional payment gateway. (web definition) 4. When do I pay? Payment is expected after I email back to you a sample of your enhancement order. You will receive your photo with a "sample" transparancy on it. If you like the sample, you will then proceed with payment. If you want revisions, I will honor your requests at this time and then you will proceed with payment. Once payment is received, I will email or print/ship your final order. 5. Do you accept revisions after the final order? I only do free revisions after a sample is sent to you. If you wish to have revisions after the final order has been sent, an additional charge will be required. 6. How much do enhancements costs? Enhancement costs vary depending on the amount of work you want me to perform on your photos. I send out a quote to each client, prior to starting any order. Once you receive a quote, you have the opportunity to cancel or continue with your order. 7. How are my enhancements returned to me? Most enhancements are sent back to you via email. However, if you want your photos printed and shipped, I can do that for an additional charge. 8. Do you do glitz work? At this point in time, I do not do glitz enhancements. I only do some natural retouching. 9. How do I claim a prize at your site? To claim a prize that was won at a particular photo contest site, just look for the blue prize ribbon on the site map. This will bring you to my prize claim form. Fill out this form and email it to me along with your photos. 10. Can I advertise on your site? If your site, is a family friendly site, submit your information via email to scylla17@charter.net . If your site is approved, you can post your 125 x125 banner for 30 days on my homepage for $3.00. 11. How do I get my photos to you? If you are not sure how to attach a photo to an email, just contact me. I will help through this process. 12. What do I do with my final enhancement? After I email you your order, you can save this enhancement in a folder on your computer or you can print it. All enhancements are sent to the printing size you request. |
